10/14/19 Describe 1 event from this weekend. -Topic sentence -sensory details -concluding sentence This weekend, on Sunday, I went to Comic Con. Comic Con was really fun. When we got to Comic Con, it was completely crowded. We walked through all the rows to see everything. A lot of people had art and I thought it was super cool. A lot of people had these bags, Webtoon bags. I really wanted a Webtoon bag and it seemed so many people had one. We finally got to the end of the convention hall and found the large Webtoon place, but we still couldn't find the bags. I didnt leave empty handed though, and my mom got me a bunny hat and K/DA mask. ~~Sophi~~

This weekend I went to many places, but one event that was my favorite event this weekend was watching an old program that my dad and I like. That day, Netflix had just put a program that is called “The warriors of the Zodiac” or at least I think that that is how it is called because the program is in Spanish. After many years of forgetting about that program this program finally comes. I had to buy many movies but now, instead of buying them I could watch the whole thing without buying the movies. We were waiting anxiously for the tv to get on until the TV turned on.Netflix changed or modified the program a little bit but it was still the same story with the same characters.This program had many images that would make someone think it was in front of them.After watching the whole saga we saw other programs that are about the same thing. The program might be old, but the program has many fans that made video games toys and clothes of the character of The warriors of the zodiac. This was my favorite event this weekend.After all it wasn’t that boring than other weekends.
10/14/19 Alexis One event from this weekend was going to the pumpkin patch near the OC Fair. We saw all kinds of prizes, games, and even some animals. There were lots of obstacle courses and slides my brother wanted to go on. Whoosh! I saw my brother zipping down from one of the big slides. Each obstacle course was small, medium, or large. And costed 2-3 tickets. When we were almost out of tickets, we went to the ring toss game. My brother landed a lucky shot one of the bottles. Cling! I heard the ring hit the bottle and land on it. He won a big inflatable hammer. Lucky him! The prize could barely fit the back of our car! In conclusion, we all had fun at the pumpkin patch.
Alexander One thing I did this weekend is I went to a pizza place. The place was called “First Class Pizza.” I had 2 slices of pizza which was really good. After I ate the pizza I went into the arcade with my cousin and his friends. I wasted $20.00 on a game called “Key Master.” I didn’t win anything. The prize I was going for were beats headphones and an apple watch. I also played a basketball game and a boxing game.
Thump Thump. The ball pounded the polished gym floor. Crossover after crossover I maneuvered the basketball between my legs into a 3 point shot. The court’s polished floor intimately stared me in the eyes while I practiced my free throws. Soon after that my coach stacked two full-sized trash cans on top of each other. The trash can seemed to look down upon me as I shot the ball.“You ain’t gonna get the ball walking like that”, shouted my coach. I spun my legs faster than a roadrunner and grabbed the to put it up. My friends drained shot after shot after shot and after a while I was doing the same. I struggled to get the drills right at first , but by the end of practice, I had gotten the hang of it.

Noah Describe one event from this weekend Me and my friend played a game where we tackle each other and try to score a 10 yard touchdown we did not keep track but I think that I won. It was really fun because I got to tackle tackle someone we were both on the floor a lot it hurt but it was fun. That is what I did this weekend.
Kana I stayed home alone on sunday. At 10 oclock i ate breakfast, i made myself scrambled eggs. Then I cleaned my room made my bed while watching tv. Then after I went on my phone and scrolled through tiktoc, practiced makeup. Then after I fell asleep for about 2 hours. After I watched more tv and did 10 jumping jacks to wake me up, then I had a banana. Then watched more tv. Around 5 my dad came home and then we got dinner,
10/14/19 Describe one event from this weekend. Use sensory details. One event from this weekend is doing nothing but laying down on my bed and staring at the wall. While laying on my bed I was pondering about life’s existence. I wondered, why do teachers give us so much homework? Pondering about life’s existence was what I did for most of the day. As you can tell I didn’t do much over the weekend.
One thing I did over the weekend was I played madden 20 with my older brother. The team my brother picked was the seattle seahawks and I picked the new orleans Saints. I like the saints because they have to of my favorite quarterbacks one is named Drew brees the other is named Taysom Hill. My brother likes the seattle seahawks because he likes russel wilson. When we started playing I was telling my brother that he was going to lose right when we started boom 10 seconds later my brother scored a touchdown. I said to my brother wow you really are good then we didn't talk for the rest of the game my brother beat me by one point the score was Seahawks 45 Saints 44.

I had the best breakfast I had pancakes, eggs, and bacon. Me and my family went to a seafood restaurant the food was so good. Then we went home and sang happy birthday. We ate some of the cake it was red velvet with cream cheese frosting.

At every table, there was a searing hot grill that you cook all of your food on. I ordered a plate of rice rolls with a thick, spicy sauce on them. They didn’t have to be cooked, so I could eat them right away. I bit into one. They were spicy, chewy, and delicious. Next, I ate a plate of gyoza. They were very flavorful and crunchy. Then, a plate of shrimp was brought to my table. The shrimp still had their legs, heads, and antenna on their bodies. After cooking the shrimp, we had to behead them and remove their skin. I’m not that fond of shrimp, so I decided not to eat them.
