  1. This weekend was my dad’s birthday and we celebrated with lots of cake. The cake was really good like mouth watering good. When I bit into the cake it felt velvety and very soft. The cake was frosted in even amounts so you wouldn’t get a sugar rush from one bite. The dinner was even better. We ate prime rib that was juicy and cooked perfectly. We also ate Benihana’s fried rice. All these food items combined were delicious and it was one of the best dinners of my life. This is what happened over the weekend.

  2. This weekend all I did was play this game I got a few weeks ago called Animal Crossing New Horizons. I played that game non-stop, it was too addicting. I never got bored or tired of playing it, there was always something new to do in the game. My brother constantly asks me to play the game. I keep telling him that I’ll only let him play if he lets me play with him then immediately says, “ nevermind.” One time I let him play by himself for about 30 minutes then I take back the game and continue playing by myself. I really recommend playing this game, it’s really fun and will take your boredom away. But you’ll need a Nintendo Switch to play it, so if you don’t have a switch then sad face :(

  3. One event from this past weekend was staying upstairs with my brother for almost the whole day. We only came down when our dad called us to eat. Andy played on his Nintendo Switch, while I played on my Xbox. We didn't really have much to do because we had to stay indoors. That's all we did this weekend: Stay upstairs and play video games.

  4. This weekend I played Animal Crossing, a lot. I was bored and otherwise had nothing to do so I played a lot.I had barely gotten it a week ago but made a lot of progress. At first I didn't understand why everyone wanted it but now I see why, because it's fun, time consuming, addicting, and relaxing. Whenever my cousin or sister wanted to play I would stall and say I just need to finish this real quick. My weekend was very good.

  5. This weekend I played fortnite in My nintendo switch, because I had nothing to do. I haven't played since I was 10, but now, I intalled it free on my switch, and since it was the only game that I was really intrested in trying out, i got it, and eventually started to like it. Many of you will not belive me, but trust me, I do have fortnite now. When i was done and ended up 1st place along with the squad of people I was playing with, i turned it of and went to sleep because it was 11 pm in the night.I went to sleep and remembered the first victory in fortnite.

  6. Air bushes my hair and the pink sunset reflects off my skin. The summer vibe is starting to set in my body. Phillip is rolling beside me and we both have ice cream in our hands and blasting music through our speakers. I guess that’s, why the future is the future, the past is the past and now is a present. Being in the moment is one of the best feelings in the world. Not to mention, the ice cream was super good. If this is what it’s like being a kid, it’s not bad. We did tricks on the Paularino parking spot and I sang to my favorite song at the top of my lungs. We saw Edwin playing soccer at the front of his house. I was literally vibing.

  7. One event I did over the weekend was I taught my sister how to ride a skateboard. My sister learned fast. I'm trying to teach her how to do an ollie. My sister likes to ride the penny board more so I'm trying to teach her how to steer. My sister worked balancing and I tried to learn how to kickflip. I scraped up my arm but it was fine. My sister and I are really sore we are going to learn something new today. Seth

This week we celebrated my sisters’ birthdays with a birthday party. My little sister Rebecca turned 6 years old on Saturday! My middle Mia is turning 8 years old today! The party was on Sunday. We started baking cupcakes and stirring the batter. When we placed the cupcakes in the oven, the kitchen started to smell like a bakery, filled with all different kinds of pastries inside. Then we melted chocolate and poured it into molds to make different shapes of chocolate. While everything was cooling, we started to decorate the room with banners, balloons, and flowers. We started to set all the napkins and plates. We ordered some pizza and we bought a cake. Everything was ready to go. Then the doorbell rang, “Ding dong!” The guest arrived. We all sat down and ate. The pizza was warm and crispy, with the cheesy flavor running down your throat. The cupcakes were sweet and chewy and the frosting added flavor, making the cupcake delicious to eat. The chocolate was bitter when you took the first bite, but it turned sweet making a light, sweet flavor enter your mouth making you want to have more. After that we had cake. The cake was moist and sweet, the frosting adding a delicious flavor at the end. After eating, we went to our backyard to play with the pinata. We started hitting the cake as much as we could until candy came pouring out. We scrambled to grab the treats, getting as much as we could with our hands. Then after that we started playing party games. The sky started to darken, and all the guests left. I had a lot of fun. It was the best party ever!

  9. I played Go fish with my family. My sister sure has some luck, because she won all the round. She kept asking for the ones I had the most of, and just when I thought I could make a book, she would ask for the card, and for my mom, she got stuck asking for 2's.
